Preparation of the recipe

After 30 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and allow the truffle juice to cool slightly.

Finally, if you wish, you can add a pinch of salt and pepper to lightly season the juice.

STEP 7

Once cooled, transfer the truffle juice to an airtight bottle or container and store it in the refrigerator.
