Slice nice slices of bread and brown them in the oven.
Cut the cabécous in 2 then place them on the slices of bread.
Put the honey on the cabécous halves.
Put in the oven for a few minutes.
Slice the truffle with a mandolin (do this when the truffle is still frozen as it is easier).
Arrange the thin slices of black truffle on the cabécous.
