PREPARATION
STEP 1
Cut the cream cheese into two equal parts
2ND STEP
Cut your summer truffle into thin strips
STEP 3
On a cooling film, place the truffle slices. They will serve as a base for assembling your cheese.
STEP 4
Then place one of the cut pieces of fresh cheese. Alternate with a layer of truffle slices and the other part of the cheese. Place slices of truffles on top of the fromage frais.
STEP 5
If you have any strips left, decorate your cheese as you wish.
STEP 6
Finally, fold the cooling film over the entire cream cheese to completely cover it.
STEP 7
Place the cheese in the refrigerator between 24 and 48 hours before tasting!
