A simple and delicious recipe made only with whole duck foie gras and Périgord truffle (5%), seasoned with salt and white pepper. No aroma is added to the composition of this product, which allows the delicious flavors of Tuber melanosporum to diffuse perfectly into the duck liver.
The foie gras selected in our recipe comes from a French duck farm. The Maison Truffes Henras chose it for its firm and melting texture at the same time, as well as its richness in taste which recalls the flavors of the terroir. A round and gourmet taste, which goes perfectly with the bouquet of subtle and unique flavors of the beautiful black diamond.

The Périgord black truffle is a fragile product, very sensitive to heat treatment. It does not support sterilization with difficulty and without the implementation of real specialist know-how, its taste may be altered. Many manufacturers of "truffle" products have found an easy solution: they swap black truffles for summer truffles (cheaper) and incorporate powerful, often caricatural aromas.Maison Henras has decided to offer a new generation of "truffled" products that offer the true taste of cooked Tuber melanosporum, without artifice or added aroma.
