USING ADVICE

This product is the perfect ally for festive moments! To be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a starter. Unmould the pâté on a plate, cut it into 4 or 6 parts to discover its heart of truffled foie gras. Place on a slice of bread and enjoy immediately!

CONSERVATION ADVICE

- Store in a dry place away from heat.
- After opening, keep cool and consume within 3 days.
- The expiry date for the closed product is on the lid.

MAKING BELLE EPOQUE SMALL PATE WITH WHOLE FOIE GRAS AND 6% BLACK PERIGORD TRUFFLE

This Belle Epoque pâté with 6% black Périgord truffle - NO ADDED AROMA , is an exceptional product. It is handcrafted with carefully selected ingredients: black truffle from Périgord ( Tuber melanosporum), whole duck foie gras from the South-West, French meats... It's a pure delight!

Its recipe is a perfectly balanced mixture, which reveals the delicate taste of the black Périgord truffle.

To make this little Belle Epoque pâté, Maison Henras incorporated 6 % pieces of crushed Périgord black truffles , from peak season harvests, and chose to infuse the preparation with 3% Tuber melanosporum juice . You will find the authentic taste of the undergrowth of the black truffle, subtle, light and intended to sublimate the flavor of this small pâté.

When cut, you can make out a beautiful envelope of meat surrounding a delicious heart of foie gras with black truffles .


BLACK PÉRIGORD TRUFFLES


The Périgord black truffle is a fragile product, very sensitive to heat treatment. It does not support sterilization with difficulty and without the implementation of real specialist know-how, its taste may be altered. Many manufacturers of "truffle" products have found an easy solution: they swap black truffles for summer truffles (cheaper) and incorporate powerful, often caricatural aromas.

Maison Henras has decided to offer a new generation of "truffled" products that offer the true taste of cooked Tuber melanosporum, without artifice or added aroma.
