A tasty risotto with a delicate taste of black truffle. The perfectly balanced blend of Arborio rice, herbs, and our broken black truffles that will delight the palate of black diamond lovers. This risotto is made in our workshop, from our truffles.


- Brown the rice in a pan with two tablespoons of oil, until it becomes translucent.
- Add according to your convenience 60 ml of white wine.
- Lower the temperature and then gradually add 400 ml of lukewarm water, stirring constantly.
- After 15 minutes of cooking, pour the small container of aromatic preparation.
- Continue to stir until the rice takes on a creamy texture (about 5 more minutes).
