Tagliolinis with a subtle and tasty taste of black truffle, made by craftsmen in France. Taste them and garnish them with the ingredients of your choice, for a creative and succulent preparation. A simple recipe, made according to tradition and enhanced by our delicious truffles.

CONSEIL D'UTILISATION

Tagliolinis are a specialty of Italian cuisine. Their ideal cooking is an “al dente” cooking: only 2 to 4 minutes. They are excellent simply served with a knob of butter or a drizzle of olive oil. These two ingredients will enhance the delicate taste of the black truffle.

Truffle Tagliolinis can also accompany white meats or fish or simply be served sprinkled with coarsely grated parmesan shavings.

MAKING OUR TAGLIOLINIS WITH BLACK PÉRIGORD TRUFFLES

Black Truffle Tagliolinis are made from carefully selected ingredients.

The black truffle juice present in the Black Truffle Taglioni recipe comes from the first cooking of our black truffles. Its strong aromatic intensity comes from the fact that it is not diluted with water during its preparation. It is then completed with our “House” truffle shards.

The Maison Henras black truffle tagliolinis are made in France by one of our artisan partners, selected for their know-how and expertise. He uses the age-old Tagliolinis recipe: a perfect blend of durum wheat semolina enhanced with broken black truffles and juice from Maison Henras.

These ingredients are mixed in a kneader, to make a smooth and homogeneous dough. The latter is passed to the rolling mill to give fine and regular Tagliolinis . They are then rolled up on themselves in a small nest, then left to dry at low temperature before being packaged.
