Cut the white sausages into thick slices (about 1cm).
In a skillet, brown the pieces of pudding for 10 to 15 minutes over low heat. Add a little fat.
Once cooked, generously add fresh cream and leave on low heat for a few more minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Off the heat, slice thin strips of fresh truffles ( pieces of black truffles ) into the preparation.
If you have chosen the option pieces in a jar, pour the truffle juice present in the can and mix everything.
Serve hot, with skewers and bread for the greediest!
Tips: Add the black truffle slices to the preparation just before serving to preserve all their flavours!
