Preparation of the recipe
STEP 1
To start, lightly toast the slices of country bread. You can do it in the toaster or in a pan lightly oiled with olive oil or truffle oil.
2ND STEP
While the bread is toasting, prepare the truffle butter. If you use fresh truffles, grate them finely using a grater, otherwise you can use the already pre-cut truffle strips directly.
STEP 3
Then mix the softened butter with the grated or chopped truffle. Season with a pinch of salt.
STEP 4
Once the bread slices are toasted to your liking, generously spread each slice with truffle butter.
If you like, you can add a touch of chopped fresh parsley on top to add a little more flavor.
