PREPARATION
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2ND STEP
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter.
STEP 3
In a bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar.
STEP 4
Blanch the preparation with the beater to obtain a compact foam.
STEP 5
Add the chocolate, then the flour, mixing gently.
STEP 6
Butter the ramekins or fondant molds.
STEP 7
Cut truffle into 6 equal parts.
STEP 8
Pour the fondant mixture into three quarters of the moulds.
STEP 9
Insert a piece of fresh truffle and cook at 200°C for 6 minutes.
STEP 10
Serve hot or cold.
