Preparation of the recipe

First, start by peeling your potatoes then cook them for 10 minutes in water. To find out if your potatoes are cooked perfectly, simply stick a knife in and if the potato slides out on its own when you lift it, it's good. If this is not the case, add a few minutes of cooking in the water.

Then, drain them then mash them using a fork to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
