PREPARATION
STEP 1
Cut the boletus into thin slices lengthwise.
2ND STEP
Also slice the fresh summer truffle into thin strips
STEP 3
Alternately place a slice of porcini mushroom and a slice of summer truffle on a plate
STEP 4
Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of truffle-scented oil
STEP 5
Add a pinch of salt before serving!
