PREPARATION
STEP 1
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then place them in cold water.
2ND STEP
Cut the chives.
STEP 3
Peel the eggs, cut them in half and separate the yolks from the egg whites.
STEP 4
Separately, mix egg yolks with mayonnaise and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Salt and pepper.
STEP 5
Slice the black truffle into thin strips using the mandolin . Incorporate the strips into the egg yolk and mayonnaise mixture.
STEP 6
Finally, fill the egg whites with the truffle, yolks and mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with chives.
