Crush the butter in a bowl to obtain a smooth paste.
Add truffle peels with butter and mix until the peels are well incorporated.
Leave the mixture to stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Finally, place the black truffle butter in the fridge and take it out when you want to taste it.
Truffle tip: Once the preparation is complete, you can place some of it in an ice cube tray and freeze it. You will be able to use your truffle butter in small pieces, whenever you want!
