PREPARATION
STEP 1
Cut the Brie in half.
2ND STEP
Slice the fresh truffles using a mandolin .
STEP 3
Chop half of the strips.
STEP 4
To mix together truffle chopped with the mascarpone and a little salt.
STEP 5
Spread the cream obtained on the Brie slices.
STEP 6
Lay the slats of truffle on one of the shares of Brie.
STEP 7
Cover with the other part.
STEP 8
Film the Brie and reserve it in the fridge for 48 hours.
