Preparation of the recipe
STEP 1
To begin, on your kitchen worktop, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

In a pan, heat the olive oil (or truffle oil for those with a sweet tooth) or butter over medium heat. Add your chicken breasts and cook on each side until nicely browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes of cooking time. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
STEP 3
In the same pan, add the garlic, chopped shallot and sliced mushrooms. Fry them for a few minutes until soft and lightly browned. Pay close attention to cooking.

Pour the crème fraîche and chicken stock into the pan to make your sauce. Stir well and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add your strips or pieces of black truffles to your sauce. (Add your truffles at the end of cooking)

Finally, add the chicken breast to the pan and let them heat up in the cream for a few minutes.
