PREPARATION
STEP 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
2ND STEP
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with the butter and the oil . When hot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Brown for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 3
Grate half of truffles . Add truffle grated into the pan and mix well. Brown for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 4
Add the white wine, reduce the heat to medium and let simmer for 5 minutes.
STEP 5
When the pasta is cooked, drain it. Save some cooking water.
STEP 6
Add the mascarpone to the skillet. Mix again.
STEP 7
Add the pasta, and a little cooking water if necessary. Mix well.
STEP 8
Serve with shavings of truffles .
