Preparation
STEP 1
To begin, cook the shells in a pot of boiling salted water according to the package directions.

Drain the shells of all the water once cooked.

Meanwhile, cut the ham into cubes or strips according to your preferences, chop the garlic and grate the black truffle into strips.
STEP 4
Next, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.

Add the cut ham to the pan and fry for a few minutes until it begins to brown slightly.
STEP 6
Add the crème fraîche to the pan and stir to mix well with the ham and garlic. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. You can add veal stock for more flavor to the cream.

Then add the truffle pieces to the pan as well as the salt and pepper seasoning and mix well

Finally, pour the cooked pasta into the pan and toss until well coated with the sauce.

Depending on your taste, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top for a touch of freshness and color to the dish. And for more deliciousness you can add a drizzle of truffle olive oil as well as parmesan!
