From reception, to after-sales service including the preparation and sending of packages, each step is carefully carried out at Maison Henras. Our team of specialists guarantees the prestige of the house thanks to immense know-how .

There is no school to master the field of truffles. This is why an experienced team of people, with real know-how, is important. Even if truffle trading is seasonal work, the Maison Henras company wanted to keep a united team by annualizing jobs and salaries. The objective is to maintain unity and perfect knowledge of this exceptional product. A very small, united team , with the aim of offering a unique customer experience. In addition, our parallel activity of truffle processing allows us to have an annual activity, because our derived products and canned truffles are available all year round.

Laurence: General Director

Laurence is the manager of the Maison Henras company. Since 2019. Her activities within the company are diverse, as she plays the role of coordinator at all levels. She manages the team in a dynamic and educational manner, because she listens and is close to her employees. She takes care of the final validation of all decisions on each operation, commercial, marketing, production, etc.

She manages and balances budgets, to best respond to the organization's issues without compromising its future.

Yan: Sales Director

Yan is our sales manager. He takes care of all the company's commercial operations, particularly exports. He implements commercial actions, takes care of constant competitive monitoring, adjusts sales prices.

It also allows the opening of new markets and the acquisition of new customers, thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the truffle sphere and the world of French gastronomy.

He also takes care of our current customer file.

Stéphanie: Executive assistant

Stéphanie is Laurence's right arm. She carries out a range of activities depending on the time of the season. She is also Yan's sales assistant.

Stéphanie is also our voice. She has been managing customer relations for a very long time and knows our customers by heart because she has been working at Maison Henras for 20 years. His knowledge of the truffle industry is colossal. She also takes care of invoicing and liaises with external service providers.

Philippe: Production and quality manager

Philippe is responsible for quality and production. He manages production with sorting and selection of truffles, inventory management and customer orders, anticipating the needs for raw materials to avoid shortages. He supervises maintenance and carries out inventories by monitoring production costs.

Philippe also follows certification procedures, controlling product quality and carrying out self-checks. He also implements continuous improvement actions and manages customer complaints.

Christophe: Production employee

Christophe has been an employee of the company for more than 13 years. Its historical presence gives it immense knowledge of the truffle sector. He is now employed in production. He works directly with Philippe.

Its role oscillates between preparations, with the adjustment of mixtures and the creation of different truffle products according to the requests of our customers.

He passes on his knowledge to any new arrival because his mastery is essential within the company.

Marc: Versatile employee

Marc has been an employee since 2011 at Maison Henras, and therefore also has great mastery of the truffle field and the processes in place within the company. He is a versatile employee, but more specifically responsible for packaging and shipping.

He also manages the manufacturing of certain derivative products under the directives of Philippe.

Clément: Apprentice in marketing

Newly arrived at the beginning of September, Clément knows the company relatively well having already completed a 4-month internship there in 2022.

During this work-study year, he will oscillate between his weeks of classes in Toulouse and his weeks at Henras in Montauban where he will be in charge of marketing and mainly the website.

At Maison Henras , beyond these defined roles, everyone pitches in. This makes it possible to have a versatile team because everyone knows each other's activities.

Ordering fresh truffles and related products from Maison Henras means operating a business on a human scale , close to its customers, which will do everything possible to best satisfy the needs of its customers.
